Career Days events were organised within the scope of the “Promoting Youth Employment Project in TRC3 Region” project carried out by the Dicle Development Agency.

Career Days, that is organized for the first time in the TRC3 Region with the participation of students from Siirt, Batman, Mardin Artuklu and Şırnak Universities, were planned to serve as a platform where young people in the region can find answers to their questions about their career development and different job opportunities and professional business life.

The career fairs, which were established for 2 days at each university between September 26 and October 7, brought together students, company representatives and employers from many different sectors from the region and outside the region.

University students had the opportunity to meet with human resources managers of different companies, attend events and panels that support career development, and conduct preliminary interviews for job and internship opportunities. The moderator of the Career Days was Fuat Sami, the Producer of the ‘Bir Fikrin mi Var’ TV Ppogramme and Angel Investor, known for his previous competitions and TV programs. Participating companies and employers were able to introduce their companies to young talents by interviewing students, and they introduced the professions needed by giving information about human resources processes.
