CAREER DAYS
2-day “Career-days” in each of the 4 universities located in the TRC3 region, namely Mardin Artuklu University, Batman University, Şırnak University and Siirt University will be organized for 400 students in total to attend it.
Career days will serve as a platform in which the questions of university students on their career development are answered and further support is provided as various firms will be invite to open stands for questions & answers and introduction of possible occupations.
50 employers will participate at each event. Out of it, 15 employers will come from other provinces – both neighboring or out of TRC3 region.

Companies and employers from Mardin, Şırnak, Batman, Siirt and other provinces of Turkey;
You are invited to Career Days to meet and make interviews with university students, introduce your company to young talents, provide information about your company’s human resources processes and introduce the professions that are needed!
During the Career-days, there will be a fair area in which stands of the companies will be set up. In the fair area to be established in the university campuses, stands will be produced in standard sizes for all companies, and companies will be able to promote their own visuals, branding and promotional materials. Company representatives will distribute their brochures to students, and conduct interviews with students. All organization and stands ares setup costs will be covered from the project budget.
- The costs for 2 representatives of the participating companies will be covered by the project. For the employer participants coming from neighboring provinces the project will make necessary arrangements such as the cost of their travel (bus/train etc.), accommodation, breakfast, and dinner.
- As for the employers coming from other far away provinces of Turkey, the project budget will cover the cost of their domestic flight, accommodation, breakfast, and dinner.
- Information about participating companies will be available 1 week before the events to the students via social media of the project and of the relevant university. These companies’ details will help students to plan their strategy for their career days visit.
- During the Career Days, “Mini Panels” will be held in the conference rooms of the universities with the participating companies to introduce students to HR and recruitment approaches and processes.
- The stands area will be open-air, in an appropriate zone of the university campus. For all stands, tables, chairs, umbrellas and electricity in necessary areas will be met and set up by the Project. The logos of the companies will be displayed in front of the tables. Companies can also bring their own visibility and promotional materials (rollups, brochures, flyers, posters, etc.).
- A registration desk at the ‘entrance’ of the area will take the signatures of the students and orient them, as well as give information about the programme and distribute project visibility material and the Brochure where the presentation of Companies is included.
- A refreshment desk will be open day-long to offer water, tea, cookies.
- The lunch will be organised for students and company representatives at 12,30 – 13,30 inside the university
