The Project entails training programs both towards young people and public institutions and other local stakeholders, such as social partners and social actors, and employers and their representatives.
- Young unemployed people between the ages of 15 and 29 in TRC3 Region,
- Undergraduates of the 4 universities located in TRC3 Region,
- Employers/representatives of employers,
- Staff of Mardin Artuklu University, Batman University, Şırnak University and Siirt University,
- Staff of Tigris Development Agency,
- Staff of Social Partners and Local Actors,
At least 25% of young women participation to trainings will be applied
