Within the scope of the ‘Technical Assistance for Promoting Youth Employment in TRC3 Region’ Project, social actors and local actors such as non-governmental organizations, foundations, municipalities in Mardin, Batman, Siirt and Şırnak and their respective districts provide training on different subjects to their members and employees in order to support youth employment in the Region.

The training on Career Guidance and Counselling Management for the staff of social partners and local actors was held in Mardin on 8 July 2021. Within the scope of the training, the participants were informed about the concepts that form the basis of career guidance and counselling, examples regarding the role of stakeholders in creating a harmonious career information and guidance system at the local level and international cooperation models were shared, and the characteristics of the corporate guidance system were explained.
