The objectives of the ‘Technical Assistance for Promoting of Youth Employment in TRC3 Region’ Project include helping social and local actors take more responsibility for creating more employment opportunities and advancement routes for young people, and organizing trainings for the staff of social partners and local actors with the aim of improving recruitment practices and human resources strategies.

In this context, the training on Career Guidance and Counselling Management for the staff of social partners and local actors was completed in Batman on 9 July 2021, and participation certificates were distributed to the participants at the end of the training.
