Training on HR Management, Recruitment Methods and Youth Employment Incentives for Employers and Employer Representatives was held in Siirt.

The objectives of the ‘Technical Assistance for Promoting of Youth Employment in TRC3 Region’ Project include helping businesses take more responsibility for creating more employment opportunities and advancement routes for young people, and organizing training for employers and employer representatives with the aim of improving employers’ recruitment practices and human resources strategies.

In this context, the training on HR Management, Recruitment Methods and Youth Employment Incentives for employers and employer representatives, held between 6-7 July 2021, was completed with the participation and support of the Siirt Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
